The customer onboarding specialist is responsible for onboarding new customers and capable of reviewing a high volume of KYC and KYB submissions. They have mastered the foundations of customer onboarding for both individuals and business entities, and know how to spot a fake ID. They will verify documents, making sure all requirements are met and conducting preliminary investigations, working closely with fraud and compliance teams.
